WE ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW CLINIC EMPLOYEE TO AND HELSFYR

Do you want to join the team? We are a team of three, very skilled and enterprising clinic staff in the OCH clinic at Helsfyr, and are now looking for our fourth man for the team. AND is in an exciting development phase and we are looking for you who want to help run our business going forward. The position reports to the Head of Clinical Support, and the workplace is in state-of-the-art premises at Helsfyr.

 

Tasks

  • Patient reception and customer care, registration and summons to appointments
  • Operate switchboards, telephone calls and cash sales
  • Follow-up of application and decision to Nav
  • Prepare projects / JOB for invoicing, archiving and non-conformance reporting
  • Cleaning / preparation of clinic room
  • Resource support for orthopedic engineers and other employees

 

Qualifications and personal qualities

  • Experience with similar work tasks
  • Very service-minded and good collaboration qualities
  • Thrives at a high pace, you are forward-leaning, proactive and development-oriented
  • Strong implementation ability, with a structured and planned work style
